SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.
House depot ships all products the best and most protected way possible and we select the best shipping carrier to get the job done properly and without damage. However, sometime even through our best efforts breakage may occur. The damage would be due to carrier mishandling while in transit to you. If this happens, we will need two clear pictures of any damages to be either mailed or e-mailed to our customer service team at housedepot11@aol.com so we may have proof of any and all damages so we may make a claim against the freight carrier, and this is required to receive credit or replacement merchandise.
The claim must be filed within 7 calendar days of receipt of the merchandise. House Depot reserves the right to replace damaged merchandise within 14 calendar days of notification by the customer. If a replacement item is available to ship within that time period then House Depot will not issue a refund. If there is not a replacement available at that time then a full refund on the damaged item(s) will be refunded in full.
VISIBLE LOSS OR DAMAGE
If there is external visible loss or damage that occurred during transit it must be noted on the bill of lading and signed by the carrier's agent (driver).
Failure to properly describe the visible loss or damage may result in the carrier delay in or refusing to honor the claim.
CONCEALED LOSS OR DAMAGE
Any damage that occurred during transit that was not visible at the time of delivery is considered a concealed loss or damage. Sometimes rough handling in transit can possibly damage contents of the container without showing outward signs of damage on the exterior of the container.
If this occurs it is imperative that you contact House Depot immediately to get instructions on how the claim is to be handled. It is important to save all containers and boxes that the damaged items were delivered in.
You must open all boxes and inspect all products for concealed damage within 7 days of delivery and House Depot must be notified at that time. Two or more clear pictures must be mailed or e-mailed to our customer service team immediately. After this timeframe claims may not be honored.
